WINTER MAINTENANCE:
Removing the 'hoss' rail, making major repairs, re-fitting and painting
Removing the 'companion', welding in a new frame, refurbishing, re-fitting and varnishing
Refurbishing of the 'windlass'
General chipping and painting of the hull and decks
General maintenance of rollers, pulleys, blocks, rigging, wires, mast, etc, etc, etc.
New steel frame to 'companion' fitted and primed The refurbished and refitted 'companion'
Refurbished 'hoss' rail fitted, undercoated and sealed Fully glossed and completed 'hoss' rail
READY FOR THE SUMMER:
On Wednesday 26th May COMRADE made the trip from Beverley Beck, down the River Hull and up the River Humber back to her summer moorings at South Ferriby.
On Saturday 28th May COMRADE had her first sailing trip of the season.
